Prices

Renting per week or full winter season. Please contact us for validating the dates, the availability and the details of the contract.

The prices weekly are all inclusive, but excluding charges for the full winter season.

The bed sheets and the bathroom linen are not provided.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Linen rental is available in Megève or Combloux, and a quote can be provided on request.

A cleaning lady list can also be provided on request.

Tourist taxes for the town hall of Demi-Quartier must be paid at the end of the stay: for a 4 * chalet, it is necessary to pay € 1.50 per ADULT and per NIGHT.

The cleaning fee of € 250 is to be added to the price.

Winter season

School holidays (February and March) : 5.400€ per week

Outside school holidays (January, February and March) : 3.900€ per week

Summer season

School holidays before mid-July and after mid-August : 2.700€ per week

School holidays between mid-July and mid-August : 3.200€ per week

Low season

Low season in April, May, June, September, October, November and December : 2.500€ per week.
